Uploads and generated media are kept private and stored using the default protections provided by our storage infrastructure. We do not add a separate custom encryption layer beyond that, and access is restricted through authenticated routes tied to your account.
Your data is private to your account and is not exposed to other users. Internally, access is limited to the systems and operational access needed to run, secure, and support the service.
No. Noruxa AI (this site) and Noruxa Freedom are separate products that share a brand name. Noruxa Freedom is an end-to-end encrypted privacy suite (VPN, Drive, Mail, Chat) with its own accounts and billing. This site is an AI chat and media platform: it does not use end-to-end encryption, your Freedom account will not sign you in here, and payments here do not affect a Freedom subscription. There are firm legal limits — most notably a strict zero-tolerance policy against anything involving minors in harmful contexts, and against non-consensual imagery of real people. For image and video generation, we use powerful dedicated hardware (GPUs) that scales based on demand. If a worker isn't already active, it may take a moment to start up. This allows us to keep costs low and provide these premium features without massive overhead.
